Valley View is seeking compassionate and dependable **Resident Assistants** to support the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our residents. In this meaningful role, you’ll provide personal care, assist with meals and activities, and help create a safe, welcoming environment where older adults can thrive.

### **Part-time Positions Available**

• Resident Assistant
• 7:00AM to 3:00PM • 2 shifts biweekly • Every other weekend and holiday
• 11:00PM to 7:00AM • 5 shifts biweekly • Every other weekend and holiday

### **What You’ll Do**

• Provide personal care and support based on individualized resident service plans
• Respond promptly to emergency call systems and resident needs
• Assist with meals, dining room setup, and cleanup
• Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment
• Support social and recreational activities while encouraging resident participation
• Observe and report changes in resident condition, preferences, or health status
• Assist with housekeeping, laundry, snacks, and beverages as needed

### **What You Bring**

• A compassionate, respectful approach to resident care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards
• Dependability and willingness to learn
• Previous caregiving or senior living experience **preferred**, but not required
