**PRN (As Needed) • 6AM - 630PM / 6PM - 630AM**

Valley View is seeking a dedicated **Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)** to deliver high-quality nursing care while guiding Nursing Assistants and supporting a safe, resident-centered environment. In this essential role, you will help ensure residents receive individualized, compassionate care while maintaining compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

## What You’ll Do

• Provide **direct nursing care** and oversee daily care delivered by Nursing Assistants
• Supervise nursing assistant activities in accordance with **state regulations and facility guidelines**
• Develop, implement, and update **individualized resident care plans**
• Participate in **admissions, discharges, and transfers** as needed
• Complete **clinical documentation, medication administration, and incident reporting** accurately and timely

## What You Bring
### Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of an **accredited nursing program** or approved **LPN/LVN program**
• Current, active, and unencumbered **LPN/LVN license in the state**
• Ability to **read, write, speak, and understand English** with strong communication skills
• Commitment to supporting the **mission and values of Valley View**

### Preferred Qualifications

• **Medication administration and clinical nursing experience**
• Previous experience in **long-term care or senior living**
