**Valley View Retirement Community – Belleville, PA**

**Full-Time | Day Shift | Rotating Weekends & Holidays**

Valley View Retirement Community is seeking a dependable and skilled **Maintenance Technician** to join our Maintenance team. In this role, you'll help maintain our buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and team members.

**What You'll Do**

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the campus
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner (TELS System)
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs and scheduled inspections
• Maintain facility grounds, equipment, and common areas in safe operating condition
• Coordinate work activities in resident living areas while providing excellent customer service
• Report safety concerns, accidents, and equipment issues promptly
• Follow all safety, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements

• **Qualifications**
• **Required**

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and equipment operation
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills

**Preferred**

• Experience in maintenance, facilities management, construction, groundskeeping, or a related field
• Experience in healthcare, senior living, or residential communities
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or general building systems
