Facility Maintenance

## Description
The Facilities Maintenance will coordinate cleaning and safe operation of the garage.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Operate pressure washer machinery safely and effectively to clean a variety and surfaces.
• Use degreasers or removal chemicals as recommended.
• Maintain schedule as requested and provide feedback to improve schedule efficiency.
• Erecting scaffolding as needed and cleaning up rubble, debris, and other waste materials from the area being washed.
• Carrying out all safety procedures.
• Keep all tools clean.
• Drive safely and within the speed limits, wear personal protective equipment.
• Listen, look, and stay aware of the proximity of hot or pressurized water to the general public and other team members.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
• Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of the facility
• Assist with Parking enforcement including applying boots.

## Qualifications

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's license and good driving record.
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and parking guests

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work outdoors.
• Must be able to stand, stoop, walk and bend when pressure washing.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively each day.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Must have a valid driver's license. Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
