Loading Crew Member

## Description
**Hours are from 2PM - 10:30 PM or until job is completed**
**Key Responsibilities:**

• - Pick and palletize product according to pick sheets.
• - Wrap pallets securely before moving.
• - Transport completed pallets to respective trucks for loading and verification.
• - Clean up breakage and dispose of properly near the repack room.
• - Maintain a clean and organized picking area.
• **Equipment Experience:**
• - Forklift (certification preferred) will train.
• - Manual pallet jack.
• **Physical Requirements:**
• - Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, and talk or hear.
• - Occasionally required to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• - Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• **Work Environment:**
• - Warehouse setting with occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

## Qualifications
**Qualifications:**

• - Ability to read and follow basic written instructions and memos.
• - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team setting.
• - Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• - Ability to follow instructions and handle standard problems effectively.
