## Qualifications

**Qualifications**

• **Working Conditions:** Extreme tolerance for outdoor environments, including severe weather, dust, heavy machinery noise, and foul odors.
• **Physical Strength:** Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended shifts, with a regular requirement to lift 50 lbs or more unassisted.
• **Education:** High school diploma or GED equivalent
• **Safety Oriented:** Strict adherence to site safety rules, including proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage
