Job Duties

• Provide personal care and support to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
• Follow each patient's care plan and report any changes in condition
• Work alongside nurses, therapists, and facility staff to provide excellent care
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity in every interaction

Requirements

Must be a **Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)** in the state of **Wisconsin**

• **OR**
• A **Resident Assistant (RA)** holding **all required CBRF certifications** as mandated by the **state of Wisconsin**
• Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare facility
• CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
