About The Role
## CNA Hospice Aide
đ Cedar Park and North Austin, TX Area | Full-Time (40 hrs/week) | MondayâFriday (Daytime Hours)
Active CNA License Required (Must Remain Active During Employment)
CareFor is hiring dedicated Hospice Aides to provide compassionate, end-of-life care in the comfort of clientsâ residences in the North and Centra Austin area. We're seeking experienced, dependable individuals who bring both professional skill and personal warmth to every interaction.
This is a full-time position working approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, generally during business hours. Schedules may vary slightly depending on client bath schedules.
You will report directly to the Hospice Director of Clinical Services and play a vital role in supporting clients and their families with dignity and compassion during a deeply meaningful time.
Reliable transportation is required, as you will travel to client homes around the North and Central Austin area.

### What You'll Do
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, and feeding
- Provide comfort-focused, non-medical support aligned with hospice care goals
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Maintain a clean, calm, and safe home environment
- Collaborate closely with nurses, families, and the CareFor interdisciplinary team

### Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- 1+ year of professional caregiving experience (hospice experience preferred, but not required)
- **Active CNA license (must be maintained throughout employment)**
- Valid driverâs license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
