### **Pay Starting at $25 per hour + Mileage Reimbursement**

#### **Location:** Portland Metro Area (travel between assigned retail accounts)

#### **Schedule:** Monday-Friday | Start between 6:00-7:00 AM | 5-6 hours per day I Part-Time

### **A Day in the Life as a Reset Specialist**

Reset Specialists play an important role in ensuring Maletis Beverage products are displayed according to company and retailer standards. In this hands-on position, you'll travel to retail accounts to complete shelf resets and store remodels, with a primary focus on our wine portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and creating organized, visually appealing product displays.

Reset Specialists are provided a company phone to track hours, mileage, and communicate with leaders and teammates.

### **What You'll Do**

• Execute shelf resets and store remodels for Maletis Beverage products
• Remove discontinued products and place new items according to approved shelf schematics and planograms.
• Organize, rotate, stock, and face products to company and retailer standards.
• Install shelf tags, pricing labels, and promotional signage.
• Identify and report out-of-stock items, inventory discrepancies, and display issues.
• Safely move product, shelving, and merchandising materials throughout retail accounts.
• Travel between assigned retail locations using your personal vehicle.
• Accurately track time and mileage using a company-issued phone.
• Communicate regularly with the Shelf Set Coordinator regarding reset schedules and project completion.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional work areas.

### **What We're Looking For**

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, reliable personal vehicle, and a good driving record.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and learning iOS/Microsoft applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
• Knowledge of wine products, merchandising, or retail resets is a plus.

### **Physical Requirements**

• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 45 lbs frequently.
• Move product, shelving, and merchandising materials throughout retail environments.
• Stand and walk for most of the shift.
• Bend, squat, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
