**Internship Program:**

A Grace Church Internship is for those who have completed one year of college or its equivalent. Within a specific area of ministry, interns will be given ministry responsibilities, receive weekly coaching and mentorship from their supervisor, and leadership and spiritual development from the Senior Pastor and others. • Location: In-Person; Greater Kansas City Area; Overland Park, KS
• Program Dates: Varied
• Weekly Schedule: Full Time/Part-Time

## Qualifications
**Skills/Experience**

• Volunteer experience in the Ministry Area
• High School Diploma and at least one year of college or its equivalent
• Experience and passion for church and the community
• Motivated to learn and lead
• Great relational skills: full of faith, friendly, calm, and professional
• Exhibit a heart of passion, humility, and integrity
• Good organizational and administrative skills
• Skilled in researching and finding requested information
