# **Job Summary:**
Mission Mountain Empowerment is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
No experience required—we provide paid training.
This role focuses on helping individuals live independent, meaningful lives through daily support, skill-building, and community involvement.

# **Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist with daily living (meals, hygiene, routines)
• Support medication administration
• Help with appointments and community activities
• Encourage independence and personal goals
• Complete documentation (notes, reports)
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment

# **Minimum Requirements:**

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical screening

# **Preferred Qualifications:**

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Experience in caregiving or human services (not required)
