### ✅ What You’ll Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Comfortable with being called in for snow removal assistance during winter
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance at a retirement community or multi-unit facility

As a **Maintenance Tech**, you’ll perform a variety of facility maintenance duties such as painting, repairing sinks, toilets, ceiling tiles, and assisting with general repairs—helping to maintain a safe, comfortable community for our seniors.
