## 🩺 What You'll Do

✔️ Lead the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit

✔️ Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop nursing staff

✔️ Assess residents and oversee individualized care plans

✔️ Ensure resident care is delivered in accordance with physician orders and regulatory requirements

✔️ Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and the interdisciplinary care team

✔️ Monitor resident outcomes and ensure high standards of quality care

✔️ Review documentation, treatments, and medication management for accuracy and compliance

✔️ Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and participate in quality improvement initiatives

✔️ Lead care conferences and communicate resident updates with families and team members

✔️ Promote infection prevention, resident safety, and regulatory compliance

✔️ Serve as a clinical leader and resource for the nursing team

✔️ Provide support to the Director of Nursing, including participation in the on-call rotation

## ✅ What We're Looking For

✔️ Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License

✔️ Previous senior living, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred

✔️ Prior knowledge of household model implementation a strong plus!

✔️ Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

✔️ Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔️ Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire others

✔️ Commitment to person-centered care and exceptional customer service

✔️ Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations

✔️ Passion for creating a positive experience for residents, families, and team members
