**The Opportunity**: The **Manager, Hospitality Services–Transportation** is responsible for leading and overseeing all transportation and mobility services in support of members, guests, and residents. This role ensures seamless arrivals, departures, and on-property transportation while upholding the Club’s high standards of service, safety, and operational excellence. Working cross-functionally with key departments, this position plays an essential role in shaping the overall member experience and maintaining a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
**Duties and Functions**
- Lead and oversee all Transportation operations, including comprehensive fleet management of all Club vehicles and golf carts, in support of members, guests, and residents, ensuring seamless arrivals, departures, and on-property mobility.
- Coordinate closely with Hospitality Services, Security, Golf Operations, Marina, and Events to anticipate daily and special-event transportation needs.
- Manage transportation team scheduling, training, and performance to uphold our service standards and culture of excellence.
- Ensure all transportation vehicles and golf carts within the Club’s fleet are clean, properly staged, safe, and service-ready at all times.
- Coordinate fleet inspections, preventative maintenance scheduling, and maintain accurate logs of repairs and upkeep.
- Maintain vehicle fleet usage logs, including sign-out procedures recording name, date, and time.
- Monitor response times, service flow, and guest feedback to continuously enhance the member transportation experience.
- Enforce safety procedures, licensing requirements, and operational protocols while maintaining accurate reporting and fleet documentation.
- Control departmental expenses, fuel usage, and vendor relationships related to fleet management, while maintaining premium service delivery.
**Qualification Standards**
- Prior leadership experience in hospitality, club operations, transportation services, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards and member-focused environments.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a service-driven culture.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills across multiple departments.
- Knowledge of vehicle safety standards, basic maintenance oversight, and operational recordkeeping.
- Ability to manage budgets, monitor expenses, and maintain vendor relationships.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a hospitality environment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet licensing requirements for vehicle operation.
