**Banquet Supervisor**

Location: Kearney, NE

Younes Hospitality is seeking a full-time Banquet Supervisor to oversee banquet operations at our three conference centers, which host conferences, meetings, weddings, and special events.

**Responsibilities**

• Supervise and lead banquet servers during events
• Train, schedule, and assign staff
• Ensure exceptional guest service and smooth event execution
• Address guest and employee concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate and oversee multiple events simultaneously
• Maintain high standards of service, safety, and professionalism

**Qualifications**

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Positive, self-motivated, and hands-on work style
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous banquet, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred

• **Schedule**
• Younes Hospitality operates seven days a week. Supervisors work on a rotating schedule based on business needs, with shifts adjusted as necessary to support event operations.
