**Maintenance Technician**

**Younes Hospitality** is seeking a skilled and dependable **Maintenance Technician** to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the hotel, equipment, and property grounds to ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests and team members.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance. The Maintenance Technician must be able to troubleshoot issues efficiently, complete preventative maintenance, and follow all company safety standards.

**Responsibilities**

• Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms, public areas, and equipment.
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work orders.
• Inspect and maintain pool areas, including testing water chemistry and monitoring pool equipment.
• Perform repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.
• Identify, report, and address safety concerns in a timely manner.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

• Experience in general building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift, carry, climb ladders, and perform physical work throughout the shift.

**Schedule**

This is a full-time position working five days per week. Candidates must be available to work weekends and some holidays. We are looking for a candidate who can work the 3 -11 pm shift.
