Process Engineer (FOL/MOL/SFA)

Job Summary

Responsible for improving process yield and driving continuous process improvements through data analysis and corrective actions. Supports new product transfers (NPI), develops process documentation, and ensures process capability meets specifications. Involved in Lean and cost reduction initiatives while maintaining effective process control.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics preferred) with at least 3 years of manufacturing experience. Strong analytical skills, knowledge of SPC, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience in fiber optics and understanding of tolerancing or poka-yoke is an advantage.
