A Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to members. They ensure a high level of service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including specialty cocktails, wine, and beer, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Engage with members in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and supplies are appropriately stocked.
• Monitor members’ alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service.
• Follow all alcohol service regulations and the club’s policies regarding guest safety.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area.

Skills and Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits, and the ability to create new, signature drinks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, including knowledge of proper glassware and garnishes.
• Ability to engage with members and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Must be able to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
