You lead complex hiring processes and actively strengthen the quality and predictability of recruitment. You design targeted hiring strategies, guide decisions through data and professional judgement, and act as an assessor in selection and assessment processes. You challenge hiring managers and ensure consistent, evidence-based decision-making. In addition, you help improve Talent Acquisition through insights, calibration sessions and peer reviews.
