Residential Programming in our Developmental Services Division at Northwestern Counseling & Support Services, Inc. is seeking *compassionate, dependable, and motivated* individuals to provide support to people with emotional and behavioral challenges in both community and residential settings.

**What You'll Do:** As a Residential Behavior Interventionist, you’ll play a vital role in creating a structured, therapeutic environment where individuals can thrive. This site has opportunity for daytime and overnight shifts, and we want to note that **overnight shifts are asleep positions**.

**What We're Looking For:**

• A positive attitude and a strong, calm presence
• A commitment to therapeutic engagement and meaningful connection
• The ability to foster consistency and structure in a dynamic environment
• Prior experience with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities, or mental health conditions is ideal
• Experience in behavioral or therapeutic residential settings is preferred

• **No ASL experience? No problem.** We're willing to **train the right candidate in American Sign Language (ASL)** to support effective communication and inclusion.
• **Requirements:**

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
