The Developmental Services Residential Programming at Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is seeking *compassionate, dependable, and motivated* individuals to provide support to people with emotional and behavioral challenges in both community and residential settings.

**What You'll Do:** As a Residential Behavior Interventionist, you’ll play a vital role in creating a structured, therapeutic environment where individuals can thrive.

**Current Shifts Include:**8a-8p and includes Saturday. Shift is 8p-8a Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday.**W****hat We're Looking For:**

• A positive attitude and a strong, calm presence
• A commitment to therapeutic engagement and meaningful connection
• The ability to foster consistency and structure in a dynamic environment
• Prior experience with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities, or mental health conditions is ideal
• Experience in behavioral or therapeutic residential settings is preferred

**Requirements:**

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
