**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused **BDC Internet Sales Lead** to join our team. This role is responsible for managing incoming internet leads, responding to customer inquiries, and helping guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to dealership visit.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Respond promptly to internet and phone inquiries
• Engage with potential customers via email, phone, and text
• Schedule appointments for the sales team
• Follow up consistently with leads to drive showroom traffic
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience

**Qualifications:**

• Previous BDC or internet sales experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Basic computer and CRM skills
