SERVER RESPONSIBILITIES

*Include but are not limited to:*

• Demonstrate a hospitable experience for the guest, making the guest the number one priority.
• Handle POS system quickly and efficiently always.
• Have extensive knowledge of the Bottega Louie food and patisserie items to enhance the guests experience in every way possible.
• Perform continual table maintenance throughout the guests dining experience.
• Execute proper wine service and have an extensive knowledge of the beverage program.
• Happily assist other employees in their tasks.
• Perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift, always checking out with the manager on duty.
• Notify the manager of any guest complaint, issues with equipment or breakage that would affect the supply or quality of items for service.
• Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, flexibility, positive attitude, initiative, organization, communication skills, and enthusiasm.
• Understand and embody the Bottega Louie brand.

COMPENSATION

• Top performers earn approximately $40 - $50.00/hour including tips (based on recent average sales data and depending on volume and performance), $20.87 of hourly compensation
• Our top server last period made $50 per hour including tips
• Paid Vacation and Sick Time
