**Customer Service- Hardware Department**

**About the Role**

As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for providing knowledgeable service to customers and contractors. As well as stocking and taking inventory of Hardware products.

**Day-to-day responsibilities**

Assist customers with product inquiries, including quotes and availability

Efficiently process sales orders and transactions

Provide assistance to sales team, contractors, and walk-in customers

Stock products on shelving

Retrieve and put away products in the Warehouse

**Skills we are looking for**

Customer service experience

Desire to learn extensive product knowledge

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer skills

**Minimum Requirements**

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (physical, drug test and lifting test)

Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties

Minimally must be able to lift >25 pounds without assistance
