**DESCRIPTION**

The Window Service Technician position is responsible for performing maintenance and customer support to diagnose issues with window and patio door materials. The window service technician provides quality customer service and performs repairs and services in a timely, professional manner.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot various window and patio door parts/products

Perform maintenance and provide customer support

Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them

Provide quality customer service and communication

Other duties as assigned

**EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**

Ability to read and comprehend instructions

Follow safety protocols

Good communication skills

Reliable, self-starter attitude

Ability to use and read a tape measure and level

• **Minimum Requirements**
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle record
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (physical, drug test and lifting test)
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Previous window experience preferred

Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties

Minimally must be able to lift >50 pounds without assistance
