*ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:*

1. *Welcomes all guests to the restaurant professionally and courteously, according to the established restaurant steps of service.*
2. *Sets and resets tables according to standard before, during and after service.*
3. *Supports server to ensure fast and efficient table service by maintaining their section and the restaurant clean, stocked and organized.*
4. *Works to anticipate the needs of the server at all times, assisting them however necessary.*
5. *Works with a sense of urgency to anticipate guests’ needs and assist other team members when the opportunity arises.*
6. *Must be able to maintain excellent customer service skills and attention to detail, while maintaining high service standards.*
7. *Reports any incidents of theft, vandalism, violations of house rules, breaches of security and safety regulations to management immediately.*
8. *Cleans spills immediately, notifying other staff members and using appropriate signage when necessary.*
9. *Must be able to lift and carry at least 70 lbs. on a tray or service arm, pull or push up to 150 lbs.*
10. *Must be able to stand or walk a minimum of eight-hour shift and work inside assigned area in the restaurant.*
11. *Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb and carry objects as necessary.*
12. *Must be able to work in a fast pace and high –volume environment, in the presence of areas containing second hand smoke, high noise levels, dancing, bright lights, sun, rain and dust; and communicate during this time, sometimes within a small area.*
13. *Performs all opening and closing duties as assigned.*
14. *Provide help and support to all fellow team members.*
