## Description
*ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:*

1. *Communicate and works with all support staff to ensure expo area and service stations are properly stocked and prepared for operations.*
2. *Prepares and delivers all products according to the order, focusing on fast and accurate order location (table #) and server’s name.*
3. *Communicates with management and service staff immediately to rectify any and all guest needs and requests or incidents.*
4. *Adheres to all established policies, procedures and guidelines.*
5. *Works with sense of urgency to anticipate guest needs and other team members, when the opportunity arises.*
6. *Reports any incidents of theft, vandalism, violation of house rules, breaches of security and safety regulations to management immediately.*
7. *Performs all opening and closing duties as assigned.*
8. *Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb and carry objects as necessary.*
9. *Must be able to stand or walk a minimum of eight-hour shift and work inside assigned area in the venue.*
10. *Must be physically able to walk without assistance on a varied surfaces for and extended period of time, able to lift up to 70 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs.*
11. *Attends and participates in daily pre-shifts and other scheduled meetings.*
12. *Performs assigned side work.*
13. *Must be able to work in a fast pace and high –volume environment, in the presence of areas containing second hand smoke, high noise levels, dancing, bright lights, sun, rain and dust; and communicate during this time, sometimes within a small area.*
14. *Acts as an ambassador of the venue, marketing the venue and all products offered to the targeted customer base.*
15. *Provides help and support to all fellow team members.*
