## Description
*ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:*

1. *Exhibits and executes a complete knowledge of the restaurant’s sequence of service and selling techniques.*
2. *Prepares all products according to established restaurant recipes, focusing on proper portion size control.*
3. *Constantly provides customers with accurate information about the restaurant and menus, as well as entertainment and daily specials offered in each day/night of operations.*
4. *Communicates and works with all support staff to ensure bar is properly stocked and prepared for operations.*
5. *Communicates and works with all supporting staff to ensure inventory is maintained at established par levels.*
6. *Works with a sense of urgency to anticipate customer needs and assist other team members when the opportunity arises.*
7. *Communicates with management and service staff to rectify any and all customer needs, comments or incidents.*
8. *Must be able to provide an upbeat, energetic and fun atmosphere at all times.*
9. *Must be observant and quick to respond to various situations while also multitasking and handling stressful situations.*
10. *Must able to operate: POS cash register, cocktail carts, juice, soda guns, ice machines, mixers, blenders.*
11. *Must be able to stand or walk a minimum of eight-hour shift and work inside assigned bar area in the venue.*
12. *Constantly provides guests with accurate information about the restaurant, menus, entertainment and upcoming events.*
13. *Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and manually push/pull up to 150 lbs.*
14. *Performs all opening and closing duties as assigned.*
15. *Provides help and support to all fellow team members.*
16. *Attends and participates in daily pre-shifts and other scheduled meetings.*
17. *Must be able to work in a fast pace and high –volume environment, in the presence of areas containing second hand smoke, high noise levels, dancing, bright lights, sun, rain and dust; and communicate during this time, sometimes within a small area.*
18. *Acts as an ambassador of the Company, marketing the restaurants and all products offered to the targeted customer base.*
