Job Purpose

Our passion is creating craveable, memorable dining experiences. The Dishwasher role is to support the successful operation of the Q39 kitchen by maintaining clean and sanitized dishware, utensils, and equipment. Ensure a steady flow of kitchen essentials, uphold cleanliness standards, and contribute to a safe, organized, and team-focused kitchen environment.

Key Accountabilities

• Dish & Utensil Cleanliness – Ensure all plates, utensils, pans, and smallware’s are thoroughly washed, sanitized, and returned to service in a timely manner.
• Equipment Operation & Care – Safely operate dish machine, and cleaning equipment while following proper chemical handling procedures.
• Kitchen Support – Assist HOH by providing clean pans, utensils, and trays quickly to keep service flowing, especially during peak hours.
• Organization & Storage – Maintain order in dish area, properly stacking clean wares and organizing storage areas for efficiency and safety.
• Waste Management, Sanitation & Safety Standards – Empty trash as needed and maintain cleanliness of waste stations. Follow health code and restaurant guidelines for cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and keeping work areas free of hazards.
• End-of-Shift Duties – Complete final breakdown, cleaning, and sanitizing of dish station, floors, and equipment to set up for the next shift.

## Qualifications

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliability in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
• Team-oriented mindset with clear, professional communication.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
