**Automotive Diagnostic Technician**

**Location:** Arlington, TX (On-Site)

**Position Overview**

As an **Automotive Diagnostic Technician**, you will be responsible for inspecting and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle issues including electrical systems, engine drivability, airbag systems, and more. You will perform repairs as needed to ensure vehicle safety and customer satisfaction in a high-volume environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform all phases of automotive diagnostics and repairs
  • Use electronic diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical and electrical issues
  • Conduct thorough examinations following checklists for all vehicle systems
  • Repair engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, HVAC, and other systems
  • Maintain compliance with dealership policies and safety standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Utilize up-to-date automotive scanners and technology

**Qualifications**

  • Master Automotive Skill Level experience with a minimum of 5 years in a shop environment
  • Own tools and possess strong mechanical knowledge across domestic and foreign vehicles
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn and adapt
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work full-time day shift, Monday through Friday
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

**Compensation & Schedule**

  • Annual Salary: depending on experience
  • Full-Time, Day Shift (Monday - Friday)
