**REQUIREMENTS:** Basic Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance, Basic Use of Hand Tools and Equipment, Strong Work Ethic, Communication Skills, Understanding the Role of Maintenance in Food Safety, Workplace Ethics.

1. Ability to disassemble and reassemble plant equipment for sanitation during teardown and start-up.
2. Ability to perform preventative maintenance on various pieces of plant equipment and machinery including oil changes, lubrication of bearings, chains and overhead conveyor systems.
3. Ability to adjust tensions on belts and chains.
4. Knowledge of disconnects, air compressors, pumps, augers, plumbing and lighting.
5. Requires the ability to work in a fast paced environment with a daily maintenance activity report of work performed.

## Qualifications
**Recommended Skill:**
Knowledge and ability to perform Arc and Mig Weld
**Qualifications:**

1. Requires basic mechanical abilities in relation to Industrial Maintenance.
2. Must pass safety requirements including: confined space and lockout/tag out.
3. Ability to read, understand and follow OSHA requirements on MSDS.
4. Ability to read and understand all job hazards and food safety involving maintenance.
5. Ability to read and understand preventative maintenance schedules and work orders related to equipment and machinery.
6. Familiar with safety devices including air, steam and electrical shutoff.
