### 🧼 What You’ll Do

• Perform professional floor care services:
• Strip and wax
• Buffing and burnishing
• Auto-scrubbing
• Carpet extraction (if applicable)
• Travel between client sites using a company vehicle
• Maintain floors to high-quality standards
• Operate and maintain floor equipment safely
• Follow all safety and chemical handling procedures

## Qualifications
### ✅ Requirements

• **Floor care experience required** (strip/wax, buffing, burnishing, etc.)
• Experience operating commercial floor equipment
• **Valid driver’s license + clean driving record (required)**
• Comfortable driving a company vehicle between job sites
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work evenings or weekend shifts
