As a Talent Acquisition People Partner, you take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle within a designated talent segment. You translate market insights into targeted hiring plans, lead intake meetings, source and interview candidates, and guide hiring managers toward well-founded selection decisions. You ensure quality, structure, and a transparent recruitment process from intake to offer.
