## Description

The Opening Shift Kitchen Employee is responsible for starting daily kitchen operations in a convenience store setting. This role includes preparing food for the day, ensuring all kitchen areas are clean and ready for service, and maintaining food safety standards. The employee will prepare breakfast and other menu items, restock supplies, and ensure the kitchen is fully operational before store traffic increases. A strong sense of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail is essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Open the kitchen and prepare all necessary equipment and ingredients for the day.
• Prepare and cook breakfast and other food items according to store standards.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times.
• Restock kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift.
• Assist with labeling, packaging, and setting up food displays.
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service when needed.
• Communicate any maintenance or inventory needs to management.
