• **What You’ll Do**

• Lead a team of HVAC and oil equipment installers on residential and light commercial projects
• Perform expert-level installations of oil heating systems, central A/C, ductless systems, boilers, and other HVAC equipment
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and code compliance
• Train and mentor junior team members
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments

## Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with oil heating and HVAC system installations
• Proven leadership ability to manage job sites and guide installation teams
• EPA certification and relevant HVAC licenses preferred
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
