**Position Overview**

You’ll work under the guidance of experienced installers to assist with the installation of oil heating systems, central air conditioning, ductless units, and more.

**What You’ll Do**

• Assist in the installation of HVAC and oil equipment in residential homes
• Load/unload materials and equipment
• Prepare job sites and clean up after installations
• Support team members with tools, measurements, and system setup
• Learn safety practices and installation techniques on the job

**Compensation and Benefits**

• $20–$30 per hour, based on experience and skill level
• Full benefits after 90 days

## Qualifications

• Strong interest in the HVAC or plumbing/heating trades
• Entry level working knowledge of HVAC systems
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
• Ability to follow directions and work safely
• Good communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license preferred
