• seeking a skilled and reliable Service Plumber to join our family oriented team. The ideal
• candidate will have experience in diagnosing, repairing and maintaining residential plumbing
• systems. The position requires problem solving skills, strong customer service abilities, and the
• capability to work individually and part of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations in residential properties
• Diagnose issues with plumbing systems, including fixtures, water piping and drainage systems.
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls and trouble shoot urgent plumbing problems
• Provide cost estimates and clearly communicate service recommendations to customers
• Ensure all work complies with local and state plumbing codes
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in safe working order
• Properly record worked performed and materials used

## Qualifications
**Qualifications:**

Qualification

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or plumbing certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience as a service plumber
• Proficient with plumbing tools, equipment and methods
• Possesses basic hand tools
• Ability to lift equipment, kneel and work in confined spaces
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening
