**About the Position**

We’re looking for **experienced CDL Drivers** with strong **FLATBED** experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience **hauling steel material and fabricated parts**, with proven skills in **chaining, strapping, and load securement**. Safety, reliability, and professionalism are top priorities in this role.

**Responsibilities**

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle (flatbed trailers).
• Secure steel loads using chains, binders, and straps according to DOT regulations.
• Inspect vehicles and loads to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate driving logs, delivery paperwork, and time records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and company safety policies and procedures.

• **Requirements**

• **Valid Class A CDL** and clean driving record.
• **Minimum 2 years** of recent **FLATBED** experience **REQUIRED**.
• **Experience hauling steel, machinery, or fabricated metal parts** required.
• Proficient in **load securement** (chains, straps, binders, tarping when necessary).
• Ability to lift and handle securement equipment safely.
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-focused.
• References from previous **FLATBED** employers.
