**What You’ll Actually Do**

• Manage and monitor **ER and ICU patients** overnight
• Perform **advanced treatments, diagnostics, and critical care procedures**
• Think critically, act confidently, and prioritize independently
• Partner closely with overnight DVMs on complex cases
• Maintain accurate, detailed records in the EMR
• Keep equipment, treatments, and workflow running smoothly

## Qualifications
**Requirements**

• Veterinary Technician with **1+ year of clinical experience**
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced ER setting

**Preferred**

• AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technology degree
• ER or Specialty experience
