The Mental Health Technician provides direct care and support to patients experiencing mental health issues. This role involves assisting patients with their daily activities, observing and recording their behavior, and supporting therapeutic programs under the supervision of the medical team. This position is grant funded and limited to a year of employment.

Education/Certification

• High school diploma
• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention within 30 days of hire

Previous experience with behavioral and mental health patients preferred
