Signature Cleaning Services is seeking a dependable, motivated, and hands-on **Janitorial Team Lead** to support our day-to-day cleaning operations throughout New York City.

This position is ideal for someone with janitorial experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and grow into a leadership role. You will work closely with management to ensure our client locations remain clean, safe, and operating efficiently.

### **What You'll Do**

• Support and coordinate daily cleaning operations at multiple client sites
• Fill in at locations as needed to ensure service coverage
• Deliver supplies and equipment to job sites
• Assist with floor care, deep cleaning, and special projects
• Conduct quality checks and support safety compliance efforts
• Communicate with employees, supervisors, managers, and clients
• Help train and support cleaning staff as needed

## Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Comfortable driving throughout NYC boroughs
• Janitorial or commercial cleaning experience required
• Floor care experience (stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet cleaning) preferred
• Ability to lift and transport supplies and equipment (up to 50 lbs.)
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

### **Schedule:**This is a full-time position with flexible hours. Typical schedules range between **30-45 hours per week**, depending on business needs. Some early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends may be required.
