Bindery Operator

## Description

Spectrum Marketing is seeking a **Full or Part Time 2nd shift Bindery Operator**. This position is responsible for set up and operation of Finishing equipment to customer-supplied specifications.

**We are looking for:**

• Folding and Cutting experience
• Saddle Stitching experience
• Mechanical aptitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Good verbal and written comprehension skills
• Must be able to thrive in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision.

**Other Requirements;**

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to bend and lift continuously, performing repetitious tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Fine motor skills for manipulation of raw materials, product and operation of machinery
