Job Purpose

• As a YMCA Volunteer, you'll be helping make a difference in our community by supporting our programs and activities. You'll be part of a fun and friendly team working to create a positive environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and running events and activities.
• Provide support to staff and participants during programs.
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming space.
• Encourage and engage with participants to ensure they have a great experience.
• Collaborate with other volunteers and staff to achieve program goals.

## Qualifications

Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Required Experience

• Experience in community service or volunteer work is a plus.
• Familiarity with YMCA programs and activities is beneficial.

• Strong communication skills to interact with diverse groups.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
