## Description
**Job Responsibilities:**

• Deliver parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, and vendors
• Pick up parts and equipment from customers and vendors to be coordinated with the Dispatcher, Parts Manager and Parts Counter people before leaving
• Checks with the parts manager, wholesale representative, inventory control administrator, parts counter people, or shipping and receiving clerk before leaving to coordinate any last-minute pick-ups or deliveries.
• Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up.
• Checks payments received with the invoices for each delivery.
• Handles basic truck maintenance, including filling the tank with gas, checking oil, keeping it clean, and ensuring required inspections are performed.
• Complete a log at the time of delivery and request the recipient’s signature
• Unload truck each night. Turn in all paperwork and undelivered parts
• Help maintain the professional appearance of the parts department
• Maintains professional appearance
• Other tasks as assigned.

## Qualifications
**Job Qualifications:**

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Ability to use computer and calculator
• Will be trained in the parts department’s computer inventory system
• Ability to communicate well orally and in writing with customers, vendors, and other contacts
• Comfortable lifting to 50 lbs and lifting frequently
• Experience in automotive repair or parts sales preferred
• Professional personal appearance
