Job Responsibilities

• Follow dealership sales processes and comply with all ethical standards to meet dealership sales goals
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company and manufacturer standards
• Greet customers and assists customers to identify the type of vehicle that meets their needs
• While ensuring each customer has a premium buying experience
• Explain features and demonstrate operations of vehicles in the showroom and/or on test drives
• Communicate sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowances and discounts
• Properly completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales
• Provide complete reviews of vehicle features and benefits during sale processes and at the time of delivery
• Engage in business development
• Address customer concerns
• Engage customers after a sale for follow-up
• Keep the lot neat and orderly as a team
• Other job duties as assigned by your manager and or salesperson that you are assigned to

• Experience in sales is a plus but not necessary. We will train the right person
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Motivated individual with a passion and drive for unlimited earning potential
• Must have a valid driver license and a clean driving record and be deemed insurable to drive by our insurance company
• Must complete a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
