## Description
**Job Responsibilities:**

• Responsible for preparing all assigned vehicles for refinishing and supporting Paint Technicians as required.
• Complete all paint preparation for vehicles according to the direction of the supervising Paint Technician.
• Assist Paint Technician by preparing panels to determine paint blend needs and assist in sanding and buffing to ensure the paint finish meets quality standards.
• Assist workflow in keeping all vehicles on schedule for on-time delivery.
• Follow all required safety guidelines and proper use of the equipment and follow appropriate refinishing procedures in compliance with OSHA guidelines.
• Adhere to all requirements for hazardous waste disposal.
• Follow vendor procedures to maintain all tools and equipment, including maintenance of paint booth and booth filters, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Utilize all necessary tools such as sanders, spray guns, sanding blocks, etc. to complete quality work
• Review repair orders to ensure all operations listed have been completed and verify the panel/parts to be painted.
• Perform other related duties as assigned, including, but not limited to washing cars, cleaning the shop, assisting other teammates, etc.

## Qualifications
**Job Qualifications:**

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Experience preferred but willing to train with collision tech school courses or similar.
• Adapt quickly to fast-paced environment.
• General mechanical skills.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Pass pre-employment insurability, background, and drug screenings.
