### Program Overview

**Our Homecare Agency Internship Program gives students hands-on exposure to client care coordination, public homecare initiatives, and community outreach. This program is ideal for students pursuing public health, social work, nursing, or homecare administration.**

In the Office

• Assist with scheduling and client-caregiver matching.
• Support case managers and observe coordination of care.
• Maintain client records and assist with compliance.
• Collect and analyze client satisfaction surveys.

In the Community

• Participate in health fairs, YMCA/community events, and outreach programs.
• Shadow caregiver visits (HIPAA-permitting).
• Conduct follow-up calls and surveys.
• Distribute wellness resources and connect with local partners.

## Qualifications
**Qualifications**
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Public Health, Social Work, Nursing, Health Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated interest in community health and homecare services
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace)
Prior volunteer or caregiving experience (preferred but not required)
