Job Purpose

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by ensuring patient rooms and common areas are tidy and sanitized.
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  • Follow all safety and infection control protocols to protect patients and staff.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in patient care.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising nurse or healthcare team to support patient care and facility operations.

## Qualifications

Required Education

  • CNA certificate

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Nurse Aide in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in providing patient care and assistance with daily living activities.
  • Familiarity with healthcare protocols and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, transferring, and positioning patients.
  • Proficient in documenting patient information and maintaining accurate records.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
