**Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

• **Perform administrative and resident care duties as assigned**
• **Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed care; record vital signs**
• **Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resident conditions and communicate effectively with the care team**
• **Give and receive shift reports; handle telephone inquiries**
• **Transcribe physician orders accurately**
• **Assess resident needs and report changes in condition**
• **Maintain accurate charting and medication records**

## Qualifications

• **Graduate of an accredited school of nursing**
• **Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Jersey**
• **CPR/AED certification required**
• **Experience in hospital, long-term care, subacute, or rehabilitation settings preferred**
• **Experience working with geriatric populations is a plus**
