**What You'll Do**

As a trusted partner to business and technology teams, you'll play a key role in identifying opportunities, improving processes, and delivering solutions that support organizational growth.

**Business Analysis & Stakeholder Partnership**

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand objectives, challenges, and operational needs.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams throughout project delivery.

**Data & Analytics**

• Analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial metrics, and operational performance.
• Create meaningful reports, dashboards, and visualizations that support informed decision-making.
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions using **Snowflake, Tableau, and Zuar**.
• Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling to uncover insights and business opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and business processes.

**Project Delivery**

• Partner with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support project planning, estimation, and implementation activities.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and help ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain clear, accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

**Process Improvement**

• Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
• Recommend innovative, practical solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Support implementation of process improvements and change initiatives.

• **What You'll Bring**
• **Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–6 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst, with demonstrated success leading complex initiatives.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Proficiency in process mapping, workflow analysis, and functional documentation.
• Advanced SQL and database management skills.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**

• CBAP, CCBA, or other Business Analysis certification.
• Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau, Snowflake, and Zuar.
• Experience identifying automation opportunities and driving continuous process improvement.
